WHAT
We're conducting a research study to document the results people can get using the breakthrough Fastercise program. Participants will:

Learn how to Fastercise
-
Get personalized training with a Fastercise Certified Trainer
-
Get personalized exercise and diet recommendations
-
Get fit in only 5-7 minutes a day
-
Lose an expected 10 pounds or more a month
-
Be acknowledged for contribution to our research study

Gain access to the new Fastercise App* (see form below)
WHY
This research will help us get one step closer to "Total Fitness Freedom" for all. We're always impressed by the results people get with the Fastercise program, and we want to document each participant's progress carefully so we can show the world what's really possible.


WHO
This research study is open to anyone who would like to contribute to making "Total Fitness Freedom" a reality for everyone. Our goal is to help the participants in this study to maximize their results from the Fastercise program, and to document their results. These documented results will be an inspiration to people worldwide. So if you're ready to work on your health and fitness, we are too. Together, we can make the world a better place.

Here are the steps to participate in the research study:

Get connected with a Fastercise Certified Trainer and our on-demand training resources

Learn how to Fastercise with our walk-through tutorials

Track your activity and progress easily each day with convenient data collection tools we provide

Stay with the Fastercise Program for 6 weeks

At the end of the 6 weeks, be included in our Fastercise Research Study Acknowledgments, either by name or anonymously.
